Carl Sharpe

Carl brings to the Exit Realty on the Rock Team over 25 years of business management experience. He has been involved in real estate for 10 years; the past 5 as a Realtor with Exit Realty on the Rock.

 He has owned and operated a property management company for the past 10 years.  His skills and hands on experience as a Realtor and property manager have made him an invaluable asset to buyers and sellers alike.

 Carl has taken a leadership role at Exit Realty on the Rock as both a special projects manager and recruitment manager.  He has recently been listed as one of the top five Exit recruitment managers in Atlantic Canada.  As recruitment manager he is also been involved in the training and continuing education of new Exit Realty on the Rock Realtors.

 Carl is committed to our community and has been involved in many charitable projects.  He has co-chaired Gala benefits in support of both Ronald McDonald House and Daffodil Place.
