Almost 90 Exit Realtors canvased St. John's to collect food donations as part of their February Food Drive. The Realtors went door-to-door in the community seeking donations from residents. These SNAPs were grabbed at the Community Food Sharing Association where the Realtors brought the donations following their collection.

Exit Realty Pledges Big Brothers

Big Brothers Big Sisters welcomed in 2010 with its "1 Year 100 Men" campaign in an effort to address the major shortage of Big Brothers in the St. John's area. In response to the shortage of Big Brothers in the area, Anne Squires, owner of Exit Realty, asked 10 Realtors to step up to the challenge. Exit Realty has shown its community mindedness in a number of ways through its work with Daffodil Place, local food banks and now with Big Brothers Big Sisters. Wes Ryan, Matt Tucker, Kent Green, Brian Cooper, Jerry Evans,John Hearn, Wayne Davis, Brad Williams, Dave Noseworthy and Adrian Paine have committed on behalf of Exit to help fill 10% of the demand. They hope to change the lives for 10 children in their local neighbourhood and would like to encourage others to help support the "1 Year 100 Men" campaign.

Exit Rocks The Rock With MansBridge

Art Snow of Snap reports...

"Exit Realty's night with Peter Mansbridge was a great event to raise money for Daffodil Place. It was a sold-out event at the Delta and raised thousands more for the worthy cause. It was organized by Anne Squires and Exit Realty on the Rock. The atmosphere was set with some relaxing music in the background and champagne for all. Premier Danny Williams and His Honour Lieutenant Governor John Crosbie were among those who attended. Daffodil Place Campaign Chair John Steele says it was a fabulous evening, and a tremendous boost. Congratulations to Anne and her team at Exit Realty to putting together a wonderful event."
